Across the island, seven days a week.
How delivery works on Al Aliah Island.
We deliver across Al Aliah Island seven days a week. Order before noon and your order arrives the same evening. Orders placed after noon go out the next day.
Delivery is free on orders over AED 100. For smaller orders the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
We message you on WhatsApp when the driver leaves. If nobody is home, the driver will call the number on the order.
Weather and road closures can slow a delivery down. If yours is running late we will tell you, and you can cancel an order that has not left the shop at no cost.
You can cancel any order until we start packing it: message us on WhatsApp or call 02 677 8255 with the order number. Once an order has left the shop, use the returns steps in the Refund and Returns Policy.
